About Chef Tshepang
Born and bred in Johannesburg from the fertile soiled township called Orange Farm. A spoken word artist, a mother and a lecturer to many who have broken bread with her. A Vaal University of Technology postgraduate with over 7 years of experience in the culinary industry which was groomed in the various Tsogo Sun Hotels amongst others. She has worked in multiple training and development programs in the country which aimed at equipping and developing the youth and young chefs in the industry. She is very passionate about development especially individuals from the disadvantaged communities and township caterers as she believes that that is the heart of the industry and pruning needs to start there.
